• Only phone numbers and associated names are processed
• No additional contact data (notes, addresses, photos) is collected
• Contacts are used solely to improve caller identification and spam detection

You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.

1.4 Second Number & VIP Number Data

If you use a Second Number or VIP Number, we may collect:

• Assigned number metadata
• Country and number type
• Service status (active, expired, suspended)
• Usage counters (calls/messages counts – not content)

We do not monitor or control third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp) associated with these numbers.

We use collected data to:

• Provide caller ID, number lookup, and spam protection
• Operate and maintain Second Number services
• Improve accuracy, performance, and security
• Detect abuse, fraud, and technical issues
• Communicate important service updates
• Comply with legal obligations

By using a Second Number or VIP Number, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are fully responsible for how the number is used.
• The number must not be used for fraud, scams, impersonation, harassment, or any unlawful activity.
• The number must not be used to violate third-party rules, policies, or security systems.

If you choose to use a Second Number with WhatsApp or any third-party service:

• Those services are governed solely by their own terms and policies.
• MenoM3ay is not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp.
• We do not guarantee account approval, longevity, or availability.

We may share limited data with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and security services)
• Payment processors (when applicable)
• Legal authorities when required by law

All partners are contractually required to protect user data and comply with applicable laws.

Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable privacy protections.

MenoM3ay may use Cloudflare Turnstile, including invisible verification where enabled, on parts of the Services to help distinguish human users from automated bots and protect our services against abuse, fraud, malicious activity, and automated traffic.

According to Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum, Turnstile processes limited client-side signals that may include a visitor’s IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent header, Sitekey, and the associated origin. Cloudflare states that these signals are used for bot detection and blocking and to improve Turnstile’s bot-detection capabilities, rather than to identify, profile, or target individuals.

Cloudflare describes itself as a data processor when processing Turnstile signals on behalf of customers to secure their services, and as a data controller when it processes those signals to improve Turnstile. Cloudflare also states that the signals used by Turnstile are strictly necessary for detecting and blocking bots.

If you are in the EU or UK and the Turnstile signals qualify as personal data, Cloudflare’s addendum explains the applicable controller/processor roles and states that Cloudflare relies on legitimate interests when acting as controller to improve Turnstile’s bot-detection capabilities.

Cloudflare’s addendum also states that the signals collected by Turnstile are strictly necessary for detecting and blocking bots, and directs users to Cloudflare’s Cookie Policy and Turnstile developer documentation for more information about cookies and the service.

MenoM3ay is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum legal age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Your data may be processed in different countries where our servers or partners operate. We apply appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable laws.
