We built these Terms around the way MenoM3ay works today, so the important parts are easier to find and understand.

Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, especially if you use Search, 2nd Number, calling, messaging, subscriptions, or third-party services.

Acceptance & Scope

Welcome to MenoM3ay. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) explain the rules that apply when you access or use MenoM3ay’s mobile apps, websites, number-search services, communication tools, directories, content, subscriptions, and related services (together, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Some features may include additional terms, eligibility rules, pricing, or notices shown at the point of use or purchase. Those additional terms form part of these Terms for the relevant feature.

Eligibility & Your Account

Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, and you must meet any higher minimum age required by the law or app-store rules that apply to you. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Some paid, telecommunications, or third-party features may have additional age or eligibility requirements.

Accurate account information

When an account is required, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your phone number and other account details up to date. If you stop using or lose control of a phone number connected to your account, you should update your account promptly.

Keep your account secure

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, verification codes, devices, and access to your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account or an assigned number is being used without authorization.

What MenoM3ay Offers

MenoM3ay includes a set of connected features. Availability can vary by country, platform, account type, subscription, inventory, backend configuration, permissions, and app version.

Search & Caller IDSearch by phone number and, where eligible, by name. Results can include a Primary Name, Other Names, Hits, history, and caller-identification information.
2nd NumberA General MenoM3ay Number for eligible outgoing calls, Standard dedicated numbers, and VIP dedicated numbers with additional capabilities.
GuideA free, backend-driven Commercial Directory for businesses, services, organizations, government entities, and useful places across supported GCC countries.
StickersStatic and Animated Sticker Packs discoverable by country, category, ranking, and search.
Block CallersTools for managing unwanted callers, using platform-specific behavior on Android and iOS.
What’s NewInformational, promotional, offer, image, video, sticker-discovery, link, and personalized update cards.

We may improve, add, remove, rename, combine, or change features over time. A feature shown in one country or platform may not be available everywhere.

2nd Number, Standard Numbers & VIP Numbers

MenoM3ay’s 2nd Number ecosystem can include:

  • General MenoM3ay Number: a shared service option for eligible outgoing calls.
  • Standard / Private Numbers: dedicated numbers that can currently be offered from the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, depending on inventory and configuration.
  • VIP Numbers: premium dedicated UK (+44) numbers that can include distinctive “Golden” patterns and a ready-to-go activated WhatsApp account, together with supported calling and messaging capabilities.

Each dedicated Standard or VIP Number can have its own subscription lifecycle, including activation, renewal, cancellation while remaining active until expiration, expiration, payment failure, and eligible restoration.

Number inventory, patterns, countries, capabilities, and availability can change. Purchasing or subscribing to a number does not guarantee that every third-party platform will accept the number for registration, verification, or continued use.

Calls, Messages, Recording & Responsible Communication

When you use calling, SMS, WhatsApp, call recording, scheduling, or other communication tools, you are responsible for your communications and for complying with the laws that apply to you and the recipient.

No prank, anonymous-deception, spam, scam, or harassment use. You may not use a MenoM3ay number or communication feature to impersonate another person, hide your identity for a deceptive purpose, make prank calls, send unsolicited bulk messages, threaten or harass others, commit fraud, evade security measures, or facilitate unlawful activity.

Call recording

If a recording feature is available, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law before recording or storing a call. Recording laws differ by country and sometimes by the location of each participant.

Not an emergency service

Do not rely on a MenoM3ay 2nd Number as your only means of communication for emergencies. Service availability can depend on internet connectivity, telecommunications providers, operating-system permissions, and third-party infrastructure.

WhatsApp & Other Third-Party Platforms

Certain VIP Numbers can include a ready-to-go activated WhatsApp experience and supported features such as sending and receiving messages, scheduling messages, and other VIP WhatsApp capabilities shown in the app. WhatsApp messaging for eligible VIP Numbers does not consume 2nd Number Points.

MenoM3ay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Meta or WhatsApp. WhatsApp, Telegram, Apple, Google, telecom carriers, social networks, map providers, and other external services operate under their own terms, policies, technical rules, and enforcement decisions.

You must comply with those third-party terms. We do not guarantee approval, verification, continued availability, or freedom from restriction or suspension by a third party. If a third-party account is restricted or banned because of your conduct or the third party’s policies, any refund or replacement will be subject to the purchase terms, the applicable app-store rules, and applicable law.

Commercial Directory / Guide

Guide is a free, backend-driven directory for discovering businesses, services, organizations, government entities, and other useful places across supported GCC countries. Directory content can include names, logos, ratings, descriptions, addresses, phone numbers, operating hours, websites, map locations, and social-media links.

Categories, subcategories, businesses, and business details are dynamic and can differ by country. We do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, endorsed, open, licensed, available, or suitable for your needs.

Before visiting, calling, paying, booking, or relying on a listed business or organization, verify important details directly with that entity. External websites, maps, phone numbers, and social-media accounts are third-party destinations.

Stickers

MenoM3ay offers Static and Animated Sticker Packs. Packs can be organized by country and category, discovered through ranking or search, and may be exported or added to supported messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram.

Stickers may include MenoM3ay branding or a watermark. Unless expressly allowed, you may not remove branding, sell or license a Sticker Pack, extract the collection for resale, or present MenoM3ay content as your own. Normal personal sharing through supported messaging features is allowed as intended by the feature.

Third-party messaging platforms may change how sticker imports or packs work at any time.

Block Callers

Block Callers helps you manage unwanted callers. On Android, the feature can rely on Android’s system blocking controls. On iOS, MenoM3ay uses its documented built-in flow and block list.

Blocking behavior depends on the operating system, device, carrier, permissions, number formatting, and platform capabilities. We do not guarantee that every unwanted call will be blocked or that every blocked number will behave identically across devices.

What’s New, Offers, Links & Notifications

What’s New is a dynamic Home-screen area that can show sticker discovery, informational cards, offers, images, videos, links, and personalized updates such as a notice that results were found for a number searched earlier.

Cards and offers can be targeted based on country, platform, user type, subscription type, and backend configuration. Some offer cards can include a real-time countdown; eligible videos can autoplay, loop, and remain silent. Some supported card types can open external links.

Promotional eligibility, prices, durations, trial terms, renewal terms, and availability are controlled by the applicable product/store configuration shown to you before purchase. A promotional card does not override the purchase sheet presented by Apple, Google, or another permitted billing provider.

Notifications are subject to your device permission. You can manage notification permission through your device settings.

Information You Submit, Reports & Feedback

Where the Services allow you to submit profile details, labels, reports, business information, feedback, questions, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, knowingly false, defamatory, threatening, harassing, invasive of privacy, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, infringing, malicious, or designed to harm systems or other users.

You keep ownership of content you own. You grant MenoM3ay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, translate, display, and use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may review, restrict, remove, or decline content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, respond to rights complaints, or comply with law.

Purchases, Subscriptions, Trials & Offers

Some MenoM3ay features are free, while others require a subscription, one-time purchase, points, or another paid entitlement. The exact product, price, currency, billing period, included benefits, country availability, introductory offer, and renewal terms are shown in the app and in the relevant store purchase interface before you confirm a purchase.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, an auto-renewing subscription renews automatically at the disclosed price and billing frequency until you cancel it. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; access can continue until the end of the already-paid period, subject to the store’s rules and applicable law.

Free trials and introductory offers

If an offer includes a free trial or discounted introductory period, the purchase screen will show the trial/offer duration and the price and billing period that apply afterward. To avoid the post-trial charge, cancel before the trial ends according to the store’s cancellation rules. Any reminder notification is a convenience and is not a substitute for managing your subscription.

Commitment-style plans

If MenoM3ay offers a plan with a fixed commitment that is billed in installments, the commitment period, installment frequency, price, renewal behavior, and material terms must be shown before purchase. A monthly charge does not necessarily mean the plan is cancellable month-to-month when the purchase screen clearly identifies a longer commitment.

Store billing

Digital purchases made in an Apple or Google distributed app are processed using the applicable store billing system, or another billing method only where that storefront expressly permits it. The store’s purchase confirmation is the final source of truth for the transaction you authorize.

Search Points & 2nd Number Points

MenoM3ay uses separate value and eligibility systems. Search Points and 2nd Number Points are not one shared wallet.

  • Search Points can provide Search-related eligibility where supported by the applicable product experience.
  • 2nd Number Points are used for applicable calling, SMS, and call-recording usage. Rates can vary by destination and configuration.
  • VIP WhatsApp messaging for eligible VIP Numbers does not consume 2nd Number Points.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at purchase, points are digital service units for use only within the applicable MenoM3ay feature. They are not cash, are not a bank balance, and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money. Any applicable allocation, consumption rate, reset, or renewal rule will be shown in the relevant product experience.

Manage, Cancel, Restore & Delete

Manage or cancel a subscription

If you purchased through Apple or Google Play, manage or cancel the subscription using the store account that made the purchase. MenoM3ay should also provide an accessible path to subscription management where required by platform policy.

Restore purchases

Where supported, Restore Purchase can recover eligible store entitlements without charging again or creating duplicate subscriptions, numbers, or one-time benefits.

Account deletion

If MenoM3ay allows account creation, you can request deletion through the in-app deletion path and any external deletion resource MenoM3ay provides. Deleting your MenoM3ay account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. Store billing can continue until you cancel it through the relevant store.

When an account is deleted, associated data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Some information may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, disputes, or regulatory obligations.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on where and how the purchase was made, the relevant store or billing provider rules, applicable consumer law, and any product-specific terms. Apple and Google may control the refund process for purchases they process.

License & Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, MenoM3ay grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful personal use and for any other use expressly permitted by MenoM3ay.

MenoM3ay’s apps, software, interfaces, designs, branding, logos, databases, compilations, text, graphics, original sticker content, and other materials are owned by or licensed to MenoM3ay and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass technical protections, create unauthorized derivative services, or use MenoM3ay trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be restricted.

Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the feature-specific rules above, you may not:

  • use the Services unlawfully or to facilitate unlawful conduct;
  • impersonate a person, business, government entity, or MenoM3ay representative;
  • harass, stalk, threaten, defame, exploit, or invade another person’s privacy;
  • send spam, unsolicited bulk communications, deceptive promotions, phishing, scams, or fraudulent requests;
  • scrape, crawl, data-mine, bulk-query, benchmark for a competing database, or use automated access without written permission;
  • probe, hack, disable, overload, bypass, or interfere with security, rate limits, verification, or access controls;
  • introduce malware or harmful code;
  • resell Caller ID, directory, number, point, or other Service data except with written authorization;
  • use the Services to violate third-party rights or platform terms;
  • attempt to obtain access to another user’s account, number, messages, or private information without authorization.

We may investigate suspected abuse and may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, our providers, or the public, subject to applicable law.

Availability, Changes, Suspension & Termination

We work to keep MenoM3ay available and reliable, but no digital or telecommunications service is uninterrupted. Features can be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity, carrier routing, store availability, provider outages, operating-system changes, third-party restrictions, backend configuration, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update, replace, discontinue, or modify a feature when reasonably necessary. Where a change materially affects a paid entitlement, we will handle it in accordance with the applicable purchase terms, store requirements, consumer law, and any notice obligations.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, payment failure, or where required by law or a third-party provider. When appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Services can connect to or display content from third parties, including Apple, Google, WhatsApp, Telegram, telecom carriers, map providers, websites, social networks, and payment providers.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent availability, content, security, pricing, privacy practices, or enforcement decisions. A link or integration does not necessarily mean MenoM3ay endorses the third party.

Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

Accuracy, Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every Search result, Caller ID label, Hit, directory listing, third-party link, number capability, communication, block action, or other result will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

MenoM3ay information is designed to assist you, not to replace your own judgment. Verify important information before acting on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MenoM3ay and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, loss of data, third-party enforcement, or reliance on inaccurate information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

You are responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs caused by your unlawful misuse of the Services or your material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Apple App Store Terms

If you obtain the MenoM3ay iOS app through Apple’s App Store, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of these Terms:

  • These Terms are between you and MenoM3ay, not Apple. MenoM3ay, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
  • Your license is a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services usage rules, including other permitted account access such as Family Sharing where applicable.
  • MenoM3ay is responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for MenoM3ay.
  • To the extent an applicable warranty cannot be disclaimed, MenoM3ay is responsible for that warranty. If the iOS app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding MenoM3ay.
  • MenoM3ay, not Apple, is responsible for product claims, legal or regulatory claims, consumer-protection claims, and third-party intellectual-property claims relating to the app.
  • You represent that you are not located in a region subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” region, and that you are not on a U.S. Government prohibited or restricted-party list.
  • You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app, including your wireless, data, VoIP, messaging, and carrier agreements.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to the iOS app and may enforce those applicable provisions against you.

Apple’s own store, billing, subscription, refund, and media-services terms also apply to transactions Apple processes.

Google Play Terms

If you obtain MenoM3ay through Google Play:

  • These Terms are between you and MenoM3ay. Google is not responsible for providing MenoM3ay’s product support or maintenance.
  • Purchases of digital features and subscriptions distributed through Google Play use Google Play Billing unless an applicable Google Play policy or program expressly permits another billing method in your country or region.
  • Subscription pricing, billing frequency, automatic renewal, trial or introductory terms, and other material purchase information will be shown before you subscribe.
  • You can manage or cancel eligible Google Play subscriptions through Google Play’s subscription-management tools.
  • Google Play’s own terms, payments policies, refund rules, and user policies also apply to transactions and use of Google Play.

Applicable Law, Consumer Rights & Disputes

These Terms are subject to applicable law and to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Unless applicable law requires another process, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally before starting formal proceedings.

Any unresolved dispute will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution bodies that have jurisdiction under applicable law. We do not rely in these Terms on any unverified arbitration forum or venue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services, laws, store requirements, or our business practices change. The “Last Updated” date shows when this version was revised.

If a change is material, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method when required. Your continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.

Language

These Terms are available in English and Modern Standard Arabic. Both versions are intended to communicate the same rules. If there is an inconsistency, the English version will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
